If you’re new to working out at home or don’t have a ton of space, Maji Sports and BODYGYM have some awesome products that can easily be stored in a basket and set aside or attached to a doorframe or piece of furniture when being used. At the moment, I have a basket full of resistance bands, weights, sliders, a yoga mat, an ab roller, and a jumprope. My office currently has enough floor space to get the job done.

If you have the room in your home or don't mind sharing some space with equipment, there are different types of exercise machines you can use to take your workout to the next level. I've been wanting to get a maxi climber because I'm obsessed with taking climbing classes at District Climb and Rise Nation. They don't take up much space and you work out your entire body at once. Hyfit Gear also offers some amazing versatile products to target any part of your body.
Even when you're working out at home, it's important to take care of your body to prevent injury and magnify results. I love tracking my progress on my fit track. It tracks not only your weight, but also your muscle mass, metabolic age, water, fat, and protein. It's awesome. Pair that with an amazon halo and you'll be unstoppable.
You should also grab yourself an acupressure mat. The idea of laying down on sharp spikes might not sound wonderful, but once you do, you'll feel a release of all tension and stress followed by a rush of endorphins. I lay on mine all the time. If you're interested in something that sounds less painful but still delivers benefits, try the higherDOSE infrared mat or blanket.
I don't know if there's any science to back this up, but I feel like I get a better workout in when I have cute athletic wear on (even if I'm just at home). Bonus points for pieces that are extra supportive and shaping. If you look good, you feel good, right?!
I'd love to hear about your favorite at home work outs and practices!
